Shipping

We process all orders within 2–4 working days.

Our products are shipped from either from a local warehouse or our international fulfilment centre, depending on availability:

  • Local Warehouse: Tracked delivery within 5–7 working days 

  • International Fulfilment: Tracked delivery within 10–15 working days.

If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as during an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any issues caused by the delay. Please wait up to 30 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order, and use the tracking number provided to follow your order.

We reserve the right to any errors that may occur in connection with third-party logistics. By making a purchase with us, you accept all the terms specified on this website. Therefore, we advise you to contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding a purchase before entering into a purchase agreement. For any complaints or other inquiries, you should always contact us via email.

For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you 20EUR for return shipping and handling costs.

Where Is My Order?

Your order will be shipped from our partner's warehouse within 1-3 business days*. We will send you an email with a delivery confirmation, including your tracking number and shipping details.

If you are still unsure about the status of your package, please email us, and our support team will assist you further.

*During high volumes, processing times may vary up to 7 days. The times above are only estimates based on typical processing durations and are not guaranteed shipping times.

Discount codes must be used before completing your purchase. Scandinaviansmiles does not accept discount codes after the purchase is finalized.

My Package Cannot Be Tracked, What Can I Do?

After receiving the confirmation email for your shipment, it may take up to 1-3 business days for the tracking code to become active, you can track your order by entering your order number & email on our dedicated tracking page here. If you still experience issues, do not hesitate to contact us.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

Please note: Orders shipped from our international warehouse may be subject to customs fees, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Our prices are listed excluding VAT. For items shipped from outside the EU, additional import taxes or duties may apply. These are not covered by Pocketboy and must be paid by the customer.


Returns

If you wish to return a product, you are entitled to do so within 60 days of delivery under our satisfaction guarantee.
